1 can black eye peas, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can white corn drained
1/2 sweet onion, chopped (can use green onion)
1 yellow pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped

Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place Caviar ingredients in a bowl and cover with dressing.

For dressing: Put all dressing ingredients into small pot and heat to boil. Boil 1 minute. Cool. Pour over veggies and stir until well coated. Marinade and refrigerate overnight. Drain with slotted spoon when serving. Serve with Tostitos scoops.
