2 lbs. southern style hashbrowns
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together sour cream and soup and stir into potatoes. Stir in cheese. Sprinkle cornflakes on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
