1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 c nuts chopped
16 oz powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
6 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Mix cake mix, oil, 3 eggs and 1 c of the nuts and spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, other 3 eggs and 1 c nuts. Spread over the first mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Cake will be gooey.
