1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped celery
optional: chopped apple or onion
1-1/2 c. water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) stuffing mix
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add celery (and apple/onion if desired); cook and stir for 5 min. or until crisp & tender. Stir in water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in stuffing mix. Add egg. Mix lightly.

Spoon into 8 greased muffin cups, mounding mixture as necessary to use all the stuffing mixture.

Bake 10 min. or until stuffing cups are heated through.

Allow to cool slightly before taking muffins from pan, otherwise they'll fall apart!
