3 lb. thick sirloin steak or sirloin tip roast, cubed
3 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1-1/2 cups dry red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat cubes in hot oil, add remaining ingredients, and season with your choice of herbs: thyme, parsley, salt, pepper. Cover and cook in oven at 300º or on stove top on medium low for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Do not peek! Serve over rice.
