6 large eggs
2 cups milk
6 Tbsp. melted butter
2 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375º. Heavily grease eight 6 oz. custard cups. With electric mixer, beat eggs until just blended. Add milk and butter; blend. Add flour and salt and combine, beating as little as possible. Fill cups 2/3 full. Place cups on a cookie sheet. Bake on lowest oven rack for 55 minutes. Quickly remove popovers from the cups. Prick or slit to allow steam to escape and to keep popovers inflated. Return to oven and let dry for about 10 minutes. May be kept warm in a 150º oven for 30 minutes.
