1/4 cup butter
18 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in onion. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 325º for 35 minutes, until eggs are set but still moist.
