Ingredients:
Garlic bulbs
Olive oil
(will also need tin foil)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Peel away the outer layer of the garlic bulb. Cut off 1/2 inch off the top (the pointy side). Take the tin foil and wrap the bottom of the bulb so that it stands on it's own on a flat surface.* Then slowly drizzle oil into the cut section, so that it seeps deep down into the cloves. Bake for 35 minutes, or until soft and golden brown. After letting it cool on a counter, squeeze the bulb to allow the cloves to squish themselves out. Eat straightaway, or mash and season with oil, basil and salt for a wonderful dipping sauce with fresh bread.

Personal Notes:
I make this whenever there are seasonal colds going through the school because garlic is a powerful, all natural antibiotic. However, I don't recommend more than 1 giant bulb per person at a time, since from personal experience, it can cause you to actually "sweat" garlic essense. Good times. :-)
