2 Cups + Cooked, mashed yellow squash
2 carrots (1 Cup) grated
1 Small onion chopped fine
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Egg
2/3 Pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1/2 stuffing on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. In a bowl, mix together the cooked, mashed squash, carrots, onion, sour cream, egg and chicken soup Add squash mixture over stuffing. Top with rest of stuffing bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Casserole can be frozen before baking. If frozen bake for 45 minutes.
