4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
6 oz shredded chedder cheese
3 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tomato diced
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/8 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp salsa
1/8 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly over tortillas (leave space around the edges). Roll up each tortilla and cut diagonal 2 inch wide pieces. Skewer each piece with a toothpick and place on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.
