1 piece salmon fillet per person, approx 2oz.
honey
coarse sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

oven 425º. put salmon in a 9x13 pan. drizzle with honey about 1 tsp per piece. sprinkle with salt and pepper about 1/4 tsp each. bake uncovered 25 min. if you want it more crispy, broil in the pan for 2-3 min. serve hot or room temp.
