small butternut squash
2 apples
2 sweet onions
1 lemon
fresh nutmeg
caraway
EVOO
salt & pepper
6 bratwurst or turkey sausage

Directions:
Directions:
chop up veggies and sprinkle with lemon juice and evoo and then add sausage and toss
Bake till done and cover with sauce

Sauce
Roux flour and butter and add 1/4 cup dark maple syrup
1/2 cup beer
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp w sauce
S&P and stir till thickens
