100 gram of chicken or ground turkey
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion
1/2 tsp chili p
diced tomato 2-3 whole canned tomatoes purred
2-3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Fry meat and add rest of ingredients serve with sour cream
