Place roast in a 9 x 13 pan

Cover with season salt and garlic salt, yes I know it is a lot, just cover the whole roast.

then run cold water over the top, which rinses the seasoning into the water, fill the pan 1/2 way with water.

Cover and SEAL pan with foil. Make sure it is a good tight seal.

Bake at 350 for 4 hours, NEVER open the foil.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you want to use for sandwiches, bake, when done, take out of oven, do not open, let cool for 10 mins., then place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Take out of fridge, slice with electric knife, place all the slices and drippings from pan in to a pot or oven to re-heat.
