1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 (10 oz.) log goat cheese
1/2 lb. asparagus, trimmed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out pastry to a 10" by 18" rectangle, leaving a 1" border. Prick with a fork. Bake at 350 º until golden. Remove from oven. Spread cheese with a fork and lay asparagus on top of cheese. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with zest, salt and pepper. Bake an additional 20 - 25 minutes. Let cool before serving.
