Olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
1 lb elbow or ditalini pasta
1 large can white beans undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of large soup pan with olive oil. Saute 2-3 cloves of garlic chopped. Add 2 8oz. cans tomato sauce. Add 1 can of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 large can white beans, liquid and all. Cook until thickened. Meanwhile cook 1lb. elbow or ditalini pasta until al dente. Drain and add pasta to sauce mixture. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
