CAKE:
3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 C. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 C. pecans
2 C. chopped bananas.

ICING:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

CAKE:
Mix all ingredients and stir only until moist. Pour into 9 X 13 cake pan.

Bake at 350º 40 - 45 minutes

ICING:
Beat all icing ingredients until creamy. Spread on cooled cake

(Freezes well)

This cake is a big-time family favorite from your Great-grandmother, Marion Hansen. Matter of fact, your great-uncle Keith asked her to bake them for their wedding reception. It is such a favorite that my recipe card is barely readable anymore!
