Ingredients for the crust :
1-1/2 cup vanilla wafers ( about 45 cookies )
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup melted butter

For the filling :
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese softened
2/3 cup confectioners sugar
2 Tbsps. Orange liquer
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream

For the topping :
1 cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsps. cornstarch
3 Tbsps water
2-1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries divided

For the crust :
Combine wafer crumbs, pecans and butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9" pie plate.

For the filling :
In a large bowl beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, liquer and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread into piecrust. Refrigerate until chilled.

For the topping :
In a small saucepan,combine sugar and cornstrach ; stir in water and 1-1/2 cups raspberries. Bring to a boil. Cook , stirring constantly for 2 minutes, until thickened. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate until chilled. Spread topping over filling. Garnish with remaining berries.

Have not made this, but looking at the picture in the newspaper....it's got to be delish !! How can anything with raspberries, cream cheese, whipped cream, etc. be bad???
