Ingredients:  
1-2 lbs. boneless chicken breast, cut to bite-sized pcs.
6 T soy sauce
1 T white vinegar
6 T veg. oil
1 T brown sugar
1 t garlic powder
2 t ginger
2 T sesame seed (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the chicken and sesame seed to make the marinade.
2. Skewer the chicken if desired.
3. Place chicken in marinade, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Marinate at least an hour
5. Bake on broiler pan 375 degrees, 25 minutes. It takes a little less time if not skewered.
