1 Cup mashed banana
1/2 stick of melted butter
1 Egg beaten (not stirred)
1 Cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 Cup sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Cup Chopped walnuts



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 340º (Yes, 340)

Mix 1st 4 ingredients together using a wooden spoon.
Mix flour, baking soda & salt. Add to wet mixture and fold in. Add walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan (a little flour dusting in the bottom works nice.)

Bake for 1 hour @ 340º
Test with a toothpick to make sure the center is cooked. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from loaf pan to cool completely.

When cool, wrap in aluminum foil.
