2 Cups Flour plus 2 Tbsp. for pan.
3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter softened.
1 1/3 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Ripe Bananas Mashed
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda mixed with 1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Coarsely Chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with vegtable cooking spray (or brush with 1 tsp. soft Butter)
Use 2 tbsp. flour to coat inside of pan, discarding excess. Arrange over rack in center position.
Cream butter in mixing bowl on medium speed. Gradually add sugar in fine sream until mixture is light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating about 30 seconds after each addition. Beat in bananas. Lower speed and add 1cup flour. When incorported , add remainign 1 cup flour. Beat in cocoa powder, disolved baking soda and vanilla just until well blended. Remove bowl from mixer and stir in mix. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake @ 350 degrees until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Remove pan from oven. Cool 5 minutes , run knife around edges, then remove loaf from pan. Cool to room temperature. Bread can be made 4 to 5 days ahead. Cover well with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
