2-3 cups Flour
2-3 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/4 cup water or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 or 3 cups of flour in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center.
Add 2 or 3 eggs, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp cream of tartar.
Add 1/4 cup water OR milk.
MIX
If too sticky, add more flour.
Roll out on floured board and let dry out. Roll up and cut to suit your own preferences. Roll out (noodles) like pie dough.
Boil and serve.
