1 box of white cake mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk chocolate chips or 1 c. peanut butter chips
1/4 c. margarine, cubed
2 eggs
1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl; combine cake mix, eggs, and oil. Press 2/3 of mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. In a microwave safe bowl combine condensed milk, chips, and margarine. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour over cake mixture in pan. Drop remaining cake batter by teaspoonfuls over the top. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes. Cool before cutting.
