2 freshly roasted & peeled red bell peppers (broil skin side up then transfer to paper bag to cool before peeling)
1 T olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. sugar
1/8 t red pepper flakes, ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Process all the sauce ingredients, in a blender or food processor until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan. Simmer, covered, over medium hear, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
