1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 cup oil
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar baking powder and salt. Beat together eggs, milk, oil, almond extract, and vanilla extract. With hand mixer, gradually add liquid to dry ingredients until thoroughly blended. Grease a griddle with butter. Spoon pancake mix onto griddle. Cook until surface bubbles then flip on other side until golden.
