4 to 6 Rib roast beef always cut to order
Let rib stand for 20 minuets before roasting
Cover with a high quality honey mustard
Make Rum
2T salt
2T fresh ground pepper
1T beef bullion make rub
always use thermometer to reach correct temp.
Roast on pan with rack so drippings can go to bottom of pan.

Bake at 425º for 15 minuets , than lower departure to 300 and roast until it reached the proper tempters for your taste. Rove from over and let rest for a least 15 minuets before slicing

My dad always made this for Christmas, along with ham, and turkey. Yes we always had 3 meat and oyster to if he could get them This went with all the trimming.
