1/3 Cup Firmly Packaged Brown Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Buttemilk
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Quick Cooked Rolled Oats Uncooked
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Jar 14 Oz. Spiced Apple Rings drained,syrup reserved.
2 Packages 8 Oz. ea Brown Serve Sausages
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup Cornstarch

Preheat over to 400 degrees, Grease a 12 cup fluted tube pan. Set Aside.
In a large bowl , combine eggs ,brown sugar, oil and buttermilk; blend well. Stir in flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and soda just until blended. Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the prepared pan. Arrange apple rings on top of batter. Top with sausages. Pour remaining batter over sausages and apple rings. Bake 40-50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate. In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar and cornstarch. In a glass measuring cup place reserved apple ring syrup. Add water to equal 1 cup. Add liquid to sugar mixture. Cook over low heat until thickened and clear, stirring constantly. Serve with pancake.
