1 1 lb. port tenderloin
1 t. steak seasoning - Montreal Steak or other of your choosing
3 bacon slices, cut in half crosswise

1. Preheat oven to 425º. Remove silver skin from port tenderloin leaving a thin layer of far covering the port. Sprinkle seasoning over pork. Wrap pork with bacon slices, and secure with wooden picks. Place pork on a lightly creased wire rack in an aluminum foil lined roasting pan.
2. Bake for 25 minutes. Increase oven temp to broil. Broil 5 inches from the heat 3-5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove from oven; cover with foil, and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
