1 cup Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 cups plus 2 T. flour
2 T. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 cups toasted chopped pecans
12 oz. package chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt. Do not overbeat. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Drop on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 375º for 10-12 minutes.
