1 baked pie crust
3/4 cup sugar
2 T. corn starch
2 T. White corn syrup
1 cup water
2 T. strawberry jello
1 lb. fresh strawberries
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust and let cool. Mix sugar, corn starch, corn syrup and water in a sauce pan and cook until thick and clear. Add 2 T. strawberry jello to hot mixture and stir until dissolved and then let cool. Slice strawberries into the baked pie crust. Cover with cooled gelatin mixture and then cover the top with cool whip.
