2 lbs crawfish tails
1/2 tbsp butter

Sauce
1/4 cup butter
2Tblsp minced garlic
1 cup chopped green onion
1 qt heavy cream
1 1/2 tbsp blacken redfish seasoning
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.

1 1/2 lbs bow tie pasta

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, saute crawfish in 1/2 tblsp butter season to taste. Set aside.

In 6 qt pot place 1/4 cup butter, garlic, green onion and cook until garlic releases its flavor. Add heavy cream and cook until reduced by half or sauce coats the back of spoon. Add redfish seasoning and parsley, stir. Combine sautéed crawfish to cream sauce. Cover and let stand.

In pot, boil bow tie pasta as directed. Drain. Add to cream sauce.
