Brazilian Cheese Bread Recipe

1 cup of milk

3/4 cup of vegetable oil

3 eggs

1 tbsp of salt

1 lb of manioc starch/flour (Publix has it)

1 grated Parmesan cheese (any brand) 5 oz

1 bag of Parmesan Shredded Cheese 5oz

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the milk, oil, eggs, salt and starch together using an electric blender - mix it until all the ingredients are creamy, it helps if you add the starch a little at a time ... don't dump the whole bag into the blender.

Using a mixing bowl, mix the creamy sauce into the grated and shredded cheese, mixing with a spoon if fine.

Preheat oven to 350º

Using a cupcake/muffin baking pan - spray it with Pam cooking oil and fill it only 3/4 of the way up.

Bake until all puffy and lightly browned ( should take 20 + minutes but keep your eye on it.

Note that Brazilian cheese is very chewy, that doesn't mean its not cooked all the way. DON'T BURN THE BREAD :)
