10 small red potatoes
one bag of baby carrots
2 onions chopped
2 1/2-3 lb pot roast
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Lipton onion soup mix
6 oz Coke
Directions:
Directions:
Add potatoes, carrots and onions to bottom of crock pot. Add pot roast. Mix bouillon cubes in 1/ 2 cup hot water until dissolved. Add cream of mushroom, packet of onion soup mix and Coke. Pour over roast. Simmer on low all day. Stir well and serve.
