1 qt. Chicken broth
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2-1/2 cups cubed potatoes
1 large pkg California mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
1 can mushrooms
1 lbs Velveeta cheese, cubed.
Directions:
Directions:
Cook together 1st four ingredients for 20 mins. Separately cook California veggies until tender, but still crisp. Then add remaining ingredients to same. Heat until the cheese is melted. Makes 1 gallon.
