2 ¼ c. unblanched almonds
3 sq. (3 oz) unsweetened chocolate
1 ¼ c. sugar
1 t cinnamon
2 to 4 T flour
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Grind accurate measurements of almonds and chocolate through your food grinder or processor using the finest blade. Dump into a large bowl and add sugar, cinnamon, flour and stiffly beaten egg whites. Work mixture with hands until it holds together. Roll dough ¼ inch thick on sugar covered board. Cut out hearts and place on sugar covered baking sheets. Let stand at least 3 hours to dry out. Bake at 275 or very slow oven for 15-20 min. You should get about 3 ½ to 4 dozen.
