1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp salt
Dash of Pepper
1 to 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
Your favorite marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and water.
Stir in eggs, Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add meat; mix well.
With wet hands, form about 20 small meatballs.
Heat oil and cook meatballs until brown, turning regularly, over low to medium heat.
Place meatballs on paper towels to absorb the oil.
Heat the sauce to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer, add the meatballs, and cook, loosely covered, for 30-40 minutes. Serve with spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
