1 can tuna
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can mushrooms (whole or pieces)
8 oz. egg noodles
Potato chips, slightly crushed (for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish combine tuna, mushroom soup, milk, hard-boiled eggs, and mushrooms. Add egg noodles and be sure mixture is moist enough for noodles to absorb liquid and remain moist during cooking. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. Top with potato chips and bake another 10 to 15 minutes until chips start to turn crispy brown.

This was one of my great achievements after I branched out from canned chicken and "ham eternal" in my early marriage (1941) and pursuit of being a housewife and chief cook. This enhances a new bride's satisfaction and sense of accomplishment. Easy, quick and tasty!

Note: You can also add broccoli to this recipe.
