1-2lbs of hamburger
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
1/2 - 1 Onion
Bottle of A1 Seasoning- season to taste
--- optional small small cubes of velvetta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. turn oven on 375 degrees
2. Place hamburger meat in a mixing bowl
3. Chop 1/2 - 1 onion .. optional
4. Mix chopped onions and hamburger meat together
5. add salt and pepper, to taste
6. add 1 tbsp. of garlic powder
7. Mix all together well.
8. OPTIONAL mix it small cubes of velveta cheese
9. add 1/4 cup of A1 sauce.
10. Mix well with hands
11. salt and pepper the bottom on your pan
12. make small/ medium size hamburger patties. Place them into the pan
13. cover each one with A1 sauce
14 . Put in the oven for 20-35 min (cut center to check if done)

15. after its finished we always pour more A1 on top! YUMMY
