1 lb. ground beef
1 c. picante sauce or salsa of your choice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chopped tomatoes, drained
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
3 c. cooked elbow pasta
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
Avocado and sour cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook beef in skillet and drain; return to pan.
2. Add picante sauce, chili powder, tomatoes and corn; heat to a boil. Cover and cook on low 10 minutes.
3. Add pasta, sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until cheese melts. Add avocado and sour cream as garnish if desired.
