1 Frozen or premade Pillsbury pie crust
1/2 lb grated cheese (I use a mixture of swiss and cheddar and buy them pre-grated)
3 eggs
1/4 chopped onions
2 1/2 Tbsp flour
1 c. hot milk

If quiche Lorraine:
5 crisp pieces of bacon crumbled

If ham quiche:
1/2 c, chopped ham

If vegetable quiche
1/4 c. mushrooms - sliced
any other veggies you like

Directions:
Directions:
On the bottom of the pie crust, put in half of the cheese. Then put in the bacon, ham, onions, mushrooms or whatever you have added to your quiche.
Add the rest of the cheese.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs, and add the hot milk and and flour. Beat mixture until there are no lumps.

Pour milk mixture over the cheese. Sprinkle the top of the quiche with nutmeg.

Place in a pre-heated oven (325 degrees) and bake until firm (45 - 60 minutes)
