1/2 lbs. crab (imitation is fine)
1/2 to 1 pound small shrimp, cooked
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
I-l/2 cups real mayonnaise
2 pkgs. (10 oz. ea.) frozen peas, thawed a little
Salt and pepper, to taste
I/3 cup chopped parsley
Lemon juice, to taste

Toss all ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish.Bake @ 350 for 60 mins. Servings: 6-8
