Prosciutto, italian sausage, bacon, meatballs, pepperoni, ham, salami
Cheeses: Asiago, gorgonzola, mozzarella, Parm, ricotta, burrata, fontina, aged gouda, manchego,ricotta,
Roasted red peppers, roasted onions, sweet peppers, roasted asparagus
Sundried tomatoes,artichoke,olives,
Roasted garlic
Mushrooms thinly sliced
swiss chard
Italian herbs, dried oregano
Finish with arugula, and/or olive oil

Alsatian Pizza: creme fraiche, nutmeg,aged chedder, speck or prosciutto, thin slice vidalia onion

Serve with arugula salad (8oz) with 1/4 c lemon juice (2 lemons) and 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/2 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper
1/4 lb good Parm
Could also add sliced fennel, thinly sliced shallot
