Baking potatoes
Cheese Whiz
milk
butter

Directions:
Bake potatoes at 400 degrees F for one hour. Immediately cut in half lengthwise. Use potholders as the potatoes will be HOT! Scoop out the potato from the skin, placing the ‘insides’ in a big bowl and set aside keeping the skin intact. When the potatoes are still steaming hot from the oven, pour milk in the bowl with the potatoes – just enough milk to mix into it, butter or margarine (at least a whole stick) and add enough Cheese Whiz to make the mixture turn orange. Mix with your mixer until it is creamy with no lumps. Immediately scoop the potato mixture back into the potato skins, generously filling them. Sprinkle with paprika and put a small pat of butter or margarine on top of each potato. You can place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Place in refrigerator. You can make a couple of days ahead of time. When ready to bake –again- put tray in oven at 350 degrees F for approximately one hour. Keep foil on top. They’re delicious! They freeze well too.
