2 lb. ground meat
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
l/2 c. chopped onions
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
l/2 tsp oregano
pepper
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, egg, crumbs, onion, and 8 oz. of tomato sauce with seasonings. Mix well. Shape flat on wax paper. Sprinkle cheese and roll into jelly roll. Put into large loaf pan. Bake 350º for 1 hour. Pour off fat and add remaining tomato sauce. Bake for 15 more minutes. Cool and Serve.
