Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9x13 pan
2 bags frozen broccoli Normandy
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli Normandy about 5 minutes and spread on bottom of pan. Spread the soup over this mixture and sprinkle the cheese on top. Roll Ritz crackers with rolling pin to get smashed fine and then sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. You can make ahead of time – even the night before – but don’t put Ritz crackers on until you’re ready to put into oven as they will “soak” into mixture. You want crackers to be a little crunchy on top. Serves: 10-12
