1 lb ground sirloin
1/2 lb medium sliced deli pepperoni(from the deli is best)
1 jar Sal and Judy's Hearty Original Sauce
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
16 oz package lasagna noodle
11/2 cup shredded mozerella
11/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesean cheese

1.Cook beef.2.Add Sal and Judy's Hearty Original sauce to cooked beef.3. In seperate bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, parsley and basil. (mix together with hand mixer until thoroughly blended).4. In seperate bowl, combine mozerella, chedder and parmesean cheeses. 5.Spoon small amount of meat and sauce into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x11 baking dish.6. Layer with dry lasagna noodle, soft cheese mixture, pepperoni, meat sauce, dry cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top the lasagna with the remaining dry cheese. Cook on 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is baked to your liking. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
