3 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp lemon extract
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, soda and spices together. Add well-beaten egg, oil, and lemon extract. Mix well. Add apples and nuts, mix well. Bake in a greased 8x8 inch dish at 325º for 40 min. Serve with whipped cream.
