3 tbsp. margarine(butter)
8 oz. egg noodles
3 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tomatoes cut in cubes
2 zucchini, thinly sliced and quartered
1 cup sliced mushrooms
11/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt marg. or butter and lightly brown uncooked noodles, stirring frequently (browning will be uneven).

Add chicken broth and garlic powder. Bring to boil. Add veggies; simmer, covered 10 or until noodles and veggies are tender.

Toss with cheese and serve.
