4-5 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts, juice of 5 lemons, 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons dried rosemary (or a few sprigs of fresh), 4 cloves crushed garlic, 2 teaspoons each of oregano, basil and thyme, 3 tablespoons soy sauce.

Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the chicken easily shreds using two forks to pull it apart. When chicken is done, shred it all in the crockpot and serve over angel hair pasta.
