6-8 potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cottage cheese
salt, pepper, and garlic salt
Add milk if sticky
Optional - top with grated Parmesan cheese

Boil potatoes, cook, and mash in mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients.
